HaHa. many store guys quitting, includin farhan, shadiq n alex. oh yah, individual commission will start soon. deres disputes over tis, cos lyk everyone will b fightin for customers, waitin outside e fittin room, then hu is gonna b clearing e fittin room n doin replenishment. summore ltr sure veri messy, fightin over customers. marina square de branch will try out first, if viable, then i guess it will b implemented. best part is that those philippinos will b entitled to e commission too. unlike e past, commission was shared, those philippines were not entitled to, cos their pay is already 800bucks higher then those not philippines one. so i guess they will welcome this individual commission scheme. Aha.

went to work tgt wif lorena, suling, yusni, blian ,kim n nerie. had our breakfast at toastbox b4 goin up for opening :) extended till doin full shift cos not enuf ppl. may veri poor thing, got 100 bucks missing. so hav to deduct fr her pay. omg. hopefully i nid not b goin to e bank. or else if count wrong jialat.
